Right-to-Farm
The purpose of the Right-to-Farm Act is to protect responsible commercial farmers from public and private nuisance actions and unnecessarily restrictive municipal regulations. However, it is important to remember that the health and safety of the general public must never be compromised and may play a role in the resolution of a right-to-farm issue.
