Youth Camp Inspections

The New Jersey Youth Camp Standards  implements the New Jersey Youth Camp Safety Act (N.J.S.A. 26:12-1) and sets forth the standards necessary to promote, protect and safeguard the health and well being of the youth who attend a youth camp. Summary of Changes to New Jersey Youth Camp Standards .

Camps are inspected once per season unless they are ACA certified. All facilities are inspected for their food service and recreational bathing facilities whether they are ACA Certified or not.
