Tri-County Continuum of Care Application for HUD Funding Now Open

Release Date: April 13, 2020

The Tri-County Continuum of Care is requesting applications for the 2020 Continuum of Care funds through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Renewal Projects and New Projects must submit a completed RLI by May 15th, 2020. All completed documents should be emailed to Nadine Azari at nazari@monarchhousing.org, Meagan O'Reilly at moreilly@co.hunterdon.nj.us and Nick Kapetanakis at nkapetanakis@sussex.nj.us.
