New Jersey State Librarian Mary Chute honored three New Jersey libraries for conducting outstanding early literacy programs on behalf of their youngest library users and their families during a breakfast at the New Jersey Library Association Annual Conference, on April 26. The Sussex County Library was recognized for The Read and Play Program.
