Sussex County Launches Mobile Friendly Website

The County of Sussex is pleased to announce the release of their new mobile friendly website. With the rapid adoption of smartphones, more citizens are accessing the County website from their mobile devices, and the County has responded by making the website easier to use on a small screen.

When you visit the website from your smartphone, you will see a completely different home page, optimized to present the most popular content first, including a search function. At the top of the home page, you will be able to view service requests, contact information, directions and the transit schedule. All of the County website information remains available under the County Government and Departments tabs, organized in an easy to use navigational structure.

Over time a clear picture of mobile browsing habits will emerge, enabling the County to continually optimize the mobile home page to provide the best possible website experience to Sussex County citizens.
