Freeholder Graham was appointed to the Board of Chosen Freeholders in April, 2013 and elected to the Board in November, 2013. George and Gail, his wife of 38 years, reside in Stanhope Borough and have three adult children, Rob, Jennifer, and George, and a grandson, Seth. A longtime resident of Sussex County, Freeholder Graham has owned a company specializing in construction project management and government relations for over 25 years. He also holds certification as a New Jersey State Certified Public Manager (CPM).
Freeholder Graham gained valuable government experience through his three terms as a Stanhope Borough Councilman and past Council President. He also brings to the Freeholder Board his knowledge of other facets of government having served on multiple boards and commissions that include the Land Use Board, Finance & Administration, Infrastructure, Community Development, and Technology. He also acted as a liaison to the State of New Jersey for Highlands Council and Affordable Housing (COAH) issues.
A current Trustee of the Friends of Waterloo Village, Freeholder Graham is also a member of the Stanhope Chamber of Commerce, the Musconetcong Foundrymen Historical Society, and current Secretary and former President of the Sussex County League of Municipalities.
