The Sussex County Emergency Operations Center (EOC, shown above before social distancing guidelines) was activated on March 16, 2020 for Level 2 Enhanced Operations with staff from the Office of Emergency Management (OEM), Division of Health (SCDOH) and Health and Human Services.
