Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable Thomas J. Critchley Jr., J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on October 21, 2019 by Alicia Stabp.
Stabp, age 38, of Newton, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a crime of the third degree. Sentencing is presently scheduled for December 6, 2019.
The defendant admitted she was in possession of heroin when arrested by Newton Police for a separate active arrest warrant.
Stabp was represented by Steven Insley, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Brent M. Rafuse.
