Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Jason R. Miller, who appeared before the Honorable Thomas J. Critchley, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on August 14, 2019.
Jason R. Miller, age 42, of Hardwick, was sentenced to three years Probation with credit for one hundred eighteen (118) days served at the Keogh Dwyer Correctional Facility. He also must have no contact, directly, indirectly or through a third-party, with his victim, undergo a Psychological Evaluation and follow all recommendations, and pay standard fines and fees.
Jason R. Miller was arrested on December 16, 2016 and pled guilty on June 27, 2019, to two (2) counts of Title 9 – Abuse of a Child (a fourth degree crime).
Defendant was represented by Anthony Iacullo, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Laura L. Nazzaro.
