Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Daniel M. Logan, who appeared before the Honorable Thomas J. Critchley, Jr., J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on August 9, 2019.
Logan, age 56 of Newton, NJ, was sentenced to two years probation. He must also perform community service, pay restitution and mandatory fines and fees.
He pled guilty on June 18, 2019 to Knowingly Exhibiting a False Government Issued ID and Credit Card Theft, both third degree crimes. Logan admitted to attempting to open a bank account and with a false driver’s license and having obtained actual credit cards, also with false information.
Logan was represented by Charles O’Connell, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Sahil Kabse.
