Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable Thomas J. Critchley, Jr., J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on August 12, 2019, by Jackie Robinson.
Robinson, age 22, of Sandyston, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third degree crime. Sentencing is presently anticipated for September 27, 2019.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to being in possession of heroin in Sandyston on August 1, 2018.
The case was investigated by Tpr. Emmanuel Roman of the New Jersey State Police.
Robinson was represented by Shaun M. Russell, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
