Press Release - Sentencing of Randolph Millington

Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Randolph Millington, who appeared before the Honorable Thomas J. Critchley, Jr., J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on August 2, 2019.
Millington, age 34 of Newton, NJ, was sentenced to two years probation. He must also perform community service and pay mandatory fines and fees.
He pled guilty on June 10, 2019 to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Receiving Stolen Property and Conspiracy to commit credit card fraud, all third degree crimes. During a motor vehicle stop, Millington was found to be in possession of CDS, stolen electronics and numerous fraudulent credit cards and driver’s licenses.
Millington was represented by Nicole Rizzolo, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Sahil Kabse.
