Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Mark Autore, who appeared before the Honorable Thomas J. Critchley, Jr., J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on June 21, 2019.
Autore, age 40 of Hardwick, was sentenced to five years of probation and was given credit for 138 days of time served. He was ordered to abstain from drinking alcohol and attend a minimum of three AA meetings per week, provide proof of attendance at AA meetings, submit to a TASC evaluation and follow any and all recommendations of same, and pay fines and fees totaling $155.00.
He pled guilty on May 6, 2019, to Resisting Arrest, a third degree crime.
He used physical force against officers of the Hopatcong Police Department to prevent arrest on February 3, 2019.
Autore was represented by Thomas Militano, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
