Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Vincent Parziale, who appeared before the Honorable Thomas J. Critchley, Jr., J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on June 7, 2019.
Parziale, age 55 of Sussex, NJ, was sentenced to two years probation and a six month loss of NJ driving privileges. He must submit to a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations thereof, and pay mandatory fines and fees.
He pled guilty on April 15, 2019 to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third degree crime and Driving While Intoxicated. After police were dispatched to Sunrise Mart/Gulf gas station for a report of property damage, Parziale was found to have driven under the influence and to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
Parziale was represented by John Grey, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Rachelle Jones.
