Press Release - Plea of Dariel Raclowski

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable Thomas J. Critchley, Jr., J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on March 11, 2019, by Dariel Raclowski.
     Raclowski, age 42 of Vernon, pled guilty to Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, a third degree crime.  Sentencing is presently anticipated for May 3, 2019.
     In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to using an individual’s debit card information to withdraw cash from the individual’s account on several dates in November 2016.
     The case was investigated by Detective Sergeant Jason Haw of the Vernon Township Police Department and Detective Kyle Rutledge of the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office.
     Raclowski was represented by James Opfer, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
