Press Release - Sentencing of Quentin Mancuso

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Quentin Mancuso, who appeared before the Honorable Thomas J. Critchley, Jr., J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on February 22, 2019.
     Mancuso, age 69, of Brooklyn, New York, was sentenced 364 days in the Keogh Dwyer Correctional Facility with 71 days’ credit for time served. In addition, Mancuso is ordered to pay $205.00 in fines and fees.
     On January 15, 2019, Mancuso pleaded guilty to one count of Conspiracy to Fraudulently Obtain a Prescription, a fourth degree crime.
     Mancuso admitted to conspiring to fraudulently obtain a prescription for promethazine with codeine from Weis pharmacy in Newton.
     Mancuso was represented by Shaun Russell, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Shaina Brenner.
