Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Jennifer Andrews, who appeared before the Honorable Thomas J. Critchley, Jr., J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on February 1, 2019.
Andrews, age 23, of Bushkill, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to two years Probation. In addition to Probation, Andrews is required to perform 75 hours of community service, submit to DNA testing and pay $155.00 in fines and fees.
She pled guilty on December 17, 2018, to one count of False Public Alarm (a Third Degree Crime).
Andrews admitted to falsely stating to a Victim’s Advocate that her life was being threatened via text messages by another.
Andrews was represented by Ashley Zimmerman, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Jerry Neidhardt.
