Press Release - Plea of David Corcoran

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an indictment before the Honorable Thomas J. Critchley, Jr., J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on January 28, 2019, by David Corcoran.
     Corcoran, age 36 of Hamburg, pled guilty to Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, a third degree crime, Receiving Stolen Property, a fourth degree crime, and Failure to Turn Over a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a disorderly persons offense.  Sentencing is presently anticipated for March 15, 2019.
     In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to receiving and using a stolen credit card at a Lafayette gas station on August 27, 2017.
     The case was investigated by Trooper D. A. Rodriguez of the New Jersey State Police.
     Corcoran was represented by Gary Kraemer, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
