Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable N. Peter Conforti, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on January 14, 2018, by Raymond Waters.
Waters, 37 of Ogdensburg, pled guilty to Theft, a third degree crime. Sentencing is presently anticipated for February 22, 2019.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to taking an individual’s jewelry and cash between May and July 2015 in Hardyston Township.
The case was investigated by Detective Michael Masters of the Hardyston Township Police Department.
Waters was represented by Shaun Morgan Russell, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
