Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an indictment before the Honorable N. Peter Conforti, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on October 30, 2018, by Nathan Langley.
Langley, age 31 of Newton, Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third degree crime. Sentencing is presently anticipated for December 14, 2018.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to being in possession of heroin on September 9, 2017, in Sparta.
The case was investigated by Corporal Marc Rubino of the Sparta Township Police Department.
Langley was represented by Jeffrey Patti, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
