Press Release - Plea of Catrina Jackson
PRESS RELEASE

Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on February 22, 2022, by Catrina Jackson.
Jackson, age 39, pled guilty to Criminal Mischief, a fourth degree crime, and four violations of probation. Sentencing is presently anticipated for March 23, 2022.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to damaging property of another in Newton on January 9, 2022, in excess of $500.00, and to violating the conditions of her probation.
The case was investigated by Ptl. Steven Shawger of the Newton Police Department.
Jackson was represented by Thomas Militano, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
