     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Dennis Santiago, who appeared before the Honorable Louis S. Sceusi, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on December 10, 2020.

 

     Dennis Santiago, age 36, of Wantage, New Jersey, was sentenced to a one (1) year non-custodial probation, comply with the standard probationary conditions and pay fines and fees. 

 

     He pled guilty on October 19, 2020, to one count of Failure to Register (a Third Degree Crime).

 

     Defendant was represented by Thomas Militano, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Laura L. Nazzaro.
