Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Anthony V. Cimbaro, Sr., who appeared before the Honorable Louis S. Sceusi, Jr., J.S.C., on April 23, 2020.
Cimbaro, age 64 of Wantage, was sentenced to three years state prison. He was further ordered to pay fines and fees totaling $1,205.00.
He pled guilty on March 9, 2020, to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Heroin, with Intent to Distribute, a third degree crime.
On September 23, 2019, the defendant was arrested following a narcotics distribution investigation by the Franklin Borough Police Department. Cimbaro possessed over five hundred bags of heroin, along with a large quantity of cash, and he admitted to selling heroin.
Cimbaro was represented by Thomas F, Militano, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Jerome P. Neidhardt.
