Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Lindsey Hutchinson, who appeared before the Honorable Thomas J. Critchley, Jr., J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on April 26, 2019.
Hutchinson, age 36 of Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to two years of probation. Her driver license was ordered suspended for six months, and she is required to pay all mandatory fines and fees.
She pled guilty on March 11, 2019, to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third degree crime, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Theft, both disorderly persons offenses.
The defendant took a guitar on May 27, 2017, in Frankford Township. Also, the defendant was in possession of Buprenorphine and drug paraphernalia on March 16, 2018, in Sparta Township.
Hutchinson was represented by Janine Cerra, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Sahil Kabse.
