Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on January 14, 2019, by Quentin Mancuso.
Mancuso, age 69 of Brooklyn, New York, pled guilty to one count of Conspiracy, a fourth degree crime. Sentencing is presently anticipated for February 22, 2019.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to conspiring to fraudulently obtain a prescription for promethazine with codeine from Weis pharmacy in Newton.
The case was investigated by Ptl. Edward Sperling of the Newton Police Department.
Mancuso was represented by Shaun Russell, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Magdalen Czykier.
