Press Release - Plea of Joseph Zonca

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an indictment before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on October 26, 2018, by Joseph Zonca.
     Zonca, age 38 of Wantage, pled guilty to Conspiracy and Burglary, third degree crimes.   Sentencing is presently anticipated for December 7, 2018.
     In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to conspiring with another to enter a vacant Wantage home on January 22, 2017. 
     The case was investigated by Tpr. B.A. Wawzyanick of the New Jersey State Police and Detective Dean Voris of the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office.
     Zonca was represented by Thomas F. Militano, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
