Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Kaitlin Kelly, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on May 4, 2018.
Kaitlin Kelly, age 21, of Lake Ariel, PA, was sentenced to three years’ of probation, ordered to undergo a substance abuse evaluation and follow all recommendations, comply with all Family Court orders, loss of driving privileges for seven months and pay fines and fees. Kelly was given 4 days jail credit.
She pled guilty on January 16, 2018, to Endangering the Welfare of a Child (a third degree crime), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (a Disorderly Persons offense) and Driving While Impaired.
Defendant was represented by David Nufrio, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald Cox.
