Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Adrienne Wieladek, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on March 16, 2018.
Wieladek, age 40 of Highland Lakes, was sentenced to five years of probation with two violations of probation to run concurrently. She was ordered to complete drug treatment, attend AA/NA meetings once per week, write a letter of apology within 30 days, submit to a TASC evaluation, at the discretion of Probation, and follow any and all recommendations made from same, submit to random drug monitoring, and pay restitution of $263.00 and fines and fees totaling $155.00.
She pled guilty on February 5, 2018, to Theft, a fourth degree crime.
The defendant took cash from her Wantage employer during April and May 2017.
Wieladek was represented by David Nufrio, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Stephanie LaCarrubba.
