Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Eva Sliker, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on March 9, 2018.
Sliker, age 35 of Newton, was sentenced to three years of probation with credit for 26 days of time served to run concurrent with existing Passaic County Probation. She was ordered to write a letter of apology, submit a DNA sample and pay fines and fees totaling $155.00.
She pled guilty on January 8, 2018, to Resisting Arrest, a fourth degree crime.
