Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on January 22, 2018 by Dallas Kruzelnick.
Kruzelnick, age 33, of Wantage, pled guilty to two counts of third degree Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, two counts of fourth degree Driving While Suspended for a Second or Subsequent DWI, two DWI motor vehicle charges and two Violation of Probation charges. Sentencing is presently scheduled for March 9, 2018.
The defendant admitted that he was in possession of Heroin during two separate motor vehicle stops in September of 2017, one incident in Wantage and the other incident in Morris County. He also admitted that on both occasions he was driving while his license was suspended for previous DWI’s.
Kruzelnick was represented by Kevin Conway, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Brent M. Rafuse.
