     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Virtual Courtroom in Newton on October 6, 2021 by Ramon Concepcion-Martinez.

     Concepcion-Martinez, age 20, of Franklin, pled guilty to Cyber Harassment, a crime of the fourth degree. 

     Sentencing is presently scheduled for November 18, 2021 before the Honorable Michael C. Gaus, J.S.C.                          

     The defendant admitted sending lewd messages and photos to the victim over the Internet placing the victim in fear of harm. 

     Concepcion-Martinez was represented by Gregg Wisotsky, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Brent M. Rafuse.
