     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Francesco Tassiello, who appeared before the Honorable Louis S. Sceusi, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on April 29, 2021.

 

     Francesco Tassiello, age 47, of Scranton, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to a five (5) year term of probation with the conditions that he serve 90 days incarceration, pay restitution, comply with the standard probationary conditions and pay fines and fees. 

 

     He pled guilty on September 1, 2020, to one count of Burglary (a Third Degree Crime) and one count of Theft (a Third Degree Crime).

 

     Defendant was represented by Thomas Militano, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Laura L. Nazzaro.
