• June 22, 2009: Full Road Closure – Activate Detour
• December 2009: Reopen Road Implementing a Single Lane Closure supporting two-way traffic, 24-hours a day controlled via a temporary traffic signal.
• January 2010: Project Complete and Roadway Reopened

Detour and Road Closure:
Sussex County Route 622 will be closed to through traffic between the intersection of County Route 619 in Hampton Twp. (MP 1.0) and the intersection of Anderson Hill Rd (MP 3.71) in Fredon Twp for the replacement of County Bridge Structure H-03.  Sussex County Bridge H-03 carries County Route 622 over the Paulins Kill River & Lake in Hampton Township.  The closure is anticipated to occur on or about June 22, 2009.  Repairs are expected to require a 6 Month closure.  While this section of County Route 622 is closed to through traffic the County will post a detour using Anderson Hill Road, State Route 94, County Route 610, and County Route 619.
