The Facilities Management Division is committed to delivering quality service through cost effective programs within a “Customer First” atmosphere.  Through the execution of a planned, predictive, and preventive maintenance program, our goals are avoiding unnecessary loss of use, containing costly equipment replacements, and protecting the health and safety of our customers within a comfortable and dignified workplace.  The Division is also responsible for the creation and implementation of the facility-related capital improvement program that anticipates the need for replacement, and enhancements while also responding to requests for new construction by developing construction documentation and managing the process from concept to final-completion and eventual use.

With thirty-two (32) full-time employees, we are charged with the maintenance and repair responsiblities of 736,849 square feet of county-owned buildings and their corresponding land areas, as well as capital improvement planning and implementation of same.
