All bills are paid through presentation of proper and duly certified vouchers which must be presented to the Freeholders on County Bill Forms no later than 4:30 P.M. on the Friday, two weeks preceding the Second and Fourth regular meetings of the Board of Chosen Freeholders.  All bills will be reviewed for payment by the Board during the business agenda of its regular meeting.
