Welcome to the Sussex County Division of Planning and Economic Development. The Division of Planning and Economic Development is responsible for providing staff and technical assistance to the County Planning Board, Agricultural Development Board, Solid Waste Advisory Committee, 208 Water Quality Policy Advisory Committee, Strategic Growth Advisory Committee and Board of Chosen Freeholders on all matters related to land use, development and conservation.
The Division manages the following programs:
