DIVISION OF THE HOMESTEAD (Nursing Home) Located in the quiet rolling hills of Sussex County, The Homestead, a 102 bed skilled nursing facility, was officially opened as a not for profit nursing home in 1955. The Homestead is licensed by the New Jersey State Department of Health and Senior Services and is Medicaid/Medicare certified.
