The Sussex County Planning Board is responsible for approving site plan and subdivision applications within their jurisidiction in accordance with the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law. A Development Review Committee reviews all applications and acts on behalf of the full Board. Applications for waiver from County development standards are heard by the full Board with input from County engineering and planning staff.
