    Sussex County Skylands Ride At a Glance:
     
    Sussex County Office of Transit provides over 126,000 rides a year to County residents through public transportation and paratransit services.
    Public Transportation
     
    Transportation is available to the general public through a loop route through Sussex County: (Click on link at the bottom of the page to see schedule.)
    Days: Monday-Friday
    Times: 5:30 A.M. - 6:30 P.M.
    Fare: $1.00 one way - exact change
    Route deviation within 3/4 mile of fixed route is available at an additional cost of $1.00 per deviation. Only one deviation per trip is allowed.

    All vehicles are accessible.

    ParaTransit
     
    Senior citizens, Veterans, People with Disabilities & Members of the General Public going to work, school or training
    Days: Monday-Friday
    Times: 5:30 A.M. - 6:30 P.M.
    Fare: None - donations only
    All vehicles are accessible.

    Within Sussex County for Local errands: nutrition, medical appointments, shopping, hairdresser appointments, banking, community services, education/training, and employment

    Out of Sussex County for Non-emergency medical appointments only: dialysis, therapy, radiation treatment, mental health, specialized hospitals, and Veterans facilities.
