     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on December 11, 2017, by Corey Brown.

 

     Brown, age 27, of Enfield, Connecticut, pled guilty to one (1) count of eluding, a third degree offense. Sentencing is presently anticipated for February 2, 2018.

 

     Brown was represented by John M. Breslin, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Shaina Brenner.
