Press Release - Plea of Robert A. Loller, Jr.

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on September 25, 2017 by Robert A. Loller, Jr.
     Loller, age 40, of Hamburg, pled guilty to 3rd degree Terroristic Threats and Motor Vehicle  Summons Driving While Intoxicated.  Sentencing is presently scheduled for January 5, 2018.

     The defendant admitted he flashed his gun at the victim during a confrontation over a minor motor vehicle incident in Hardyston Township.  He also admitted to driving while intoxicated when the incident occurred. 
     Loller was represented by John Paul Velez, Esq. and the State was represented by First Assistant Prosecutor Gregory R. Mueller.
