Press Release - Sentencing of Richard Jarry

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Richard Jarry, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on August 4, 2017.
     Jarry, age 37 of Stanhope, NJ, was sentenced to 481 days’ time served and ordered to pay mandatory fines and fees. 
     Jarry pled guilty on November 28, 2016 to one (1) count of Receiving Stolen Property, a crime of the fourth degree. 
     On December 7, 2015, Jarry was arrested for receiving stolen property.   
     Jarry was represented by Thomas F. Militano, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Sally Anne Monkemeier.
