Press Release - Sentencing of Sean Hannigan

     Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the sentencing of Sean Hannigan, who appeared before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on July 14, 2017.
     Hannigan, age 23 of Kinnelon, NJ, was sentenced to one (1) year of probation.  Hannigan was also ordered to complete a substance abuse evaluation, complete 25 hours community service, pay $1,433.10 in restitution, and pay mandatory fines and fees. 
     Hannigan was found guilty after a trial of one (1) count of simple assault on May 25, 2017. 
     Hannigan was represented by Michael P. Koribanics, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Stephanie LaCarrubba.
