Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an indictment before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on October 23, 2017, by Eric Manno.
Manno, age 33 of Hamburg, pled guilty to Theft, a third degree crime. Sentencing is presently anticipated for December 1, 2017.
In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to taking a turbocharger from the porch of a Hardyston residence in September 2016.
The case was investigated by Detective David White of the Hardyston Township Police Department based on information provided by the Franklin Boro Police Department.
Manno was represented by Shaun Morgan Russell, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
