Press Release - Plea of Thomas Costanzo

Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on October 10, 2017, by Thomas Costanzo.
Costanzo, age 29 of Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a third degree crime. Sentencing is presently anticipated for November 17, 2017.
On June 13, 2015, he was involved in a motor vehicle accident in Sparta Township. In pleading guilty, the defendant admitted to being in possession of 17 bags of heroin.
The case was investigated by Patrolman F. Schomp of the Sparta Township Police Department.
Costanzo was represented by Steven Insley, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Donald F. Cox, Jr.
