Press Release - Sentencing of Tyron Singleton

Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea and sentence before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C., at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on September 11, 2017, by Tyron Singleton.
Singleton, age 28, of Easton, Pennsylvania, pled guilty to one (1) count of harassment, a petty disorderly persons offense and one (1) count of DV simple assault, a disorderly persons offense. Singleton was sentenced to 54 days in the Keough Dwyer Correctional Facility and was credited with 54 days’ time served. He was also ordered to pay mandatory fines and fees.
Singleton was represented by Thomas Militano, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Stephanie C. LaCarrubba.
