Sussex County Prosecutor Francis A. Koch announced the entry of a guilty plea to an accusation before the Honorable William J. McGovern, III, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton on August 22, 2017 by Kimberly Baird.
Baird, age 25, of Bedminister, pled guilty to two counts Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, a crime of the third degree. Sentencing is presently scheduled for September 29, 2017.
The defendant admitted that while a passenger in a vehicle during a motor vehicle stop in Franklin Borough she was in possession of Heroin and Cocaine.
Baird was represented by Charles O’Connell, Esq. and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Brent M. Rafuse.
