Cillaroto, age 25, of Dingmans Ferry, PA, was sentenced to three years Probation on condition that she enter and complete intensive outpatient treatment, obtain a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations, undergo random urine monitoring, submit a DNA sample, attend AA/NA three times per week, and pay $1205 in court fines and fees. She was given credit for 241 days already served in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility.
She pled guilty on March 6, 2017, to third degree Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance.
Franklin Police were responding to a suspicious vehicle that was parked at the end of a road, in a wooded area and found the defendant and a co-defendant. The defendant was in possession of Cocaine at that time.
