Fitzsimmons, age 30 of Hackettstown, was sentenced to three years of probation. She was ordered to submit to a TASC evaluation and follow any and all recommendations made from same, attend AA/NA meetings two times per week, complete her treatment program, submit a DNA sample at her own expense, and pay fines and fees totaling $1,205.00.
She pled guilty on February 14, 2017, to Attempt to Obtain a Controlled Dangerous Substance by Fraud, a third degree crime.
The defendant called in and tried to pick up a fraudulent prescription from the Stop and Shop Pharmacy in Sparta on November 12, 2016.
