Child Health Clinic Schedule 2007 Release Date: February 27, 2007 The Child Health Clinic offers well-child care for children from birth to 5 years old (school entry).  Services include age-appropriate parent guidance, physical exams, vaccinations and screenings (hearing, vision, blood lead, anemia and urine).  There is no fee for children who are underinsured or have no health insurance. The Child Health Clinic is held the third Tuesday of each month from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (last appointment is at 5:45 p.m.) at the Sussex County Health Center (Homestead Complex), 129 Morris Turnpike, County Route 655, Frankford Township, NJ. Call the Sussex County Office of Public Health Nursing at (973) 948-5239 ext. 3126 for an appointment.
